However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund within 14 days from the delivery date. Please review the policy guidelines below carefully.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Products must be securely packed in the original re-sealable packaging provided at delivery.

The original invoice must be enclosed inside the package.

Items should remain unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any damage.

All original tags and labels must still be attached to the product.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
To begin a return or exchange request, kindly complete and submit the Service Request Form available on this page. Our team may contact you if additional information is needed.
Exchange Requests
Exchange orders are generally processed within 2 working days, subject to product availability. Returned items will usually be collected when the replacement item is delivered. Please note that a collection and re-delivery fee of Rs. 250/- may apply. The entire exchange process may take approximately 3–7 working days.
Refund Requests
For refunds, items can either be collected through our courier service upon request or sent back to us via a trusted courier provider of your choice. Once the returned products are received and inspected, the refund will be processed. Delivery charges are non-refundable, and only the value of the purchased items will be returned.
Refund payments can be transferred to any bank account nominated by the customer. A confirmation notification with payment proof will be shared once the transfer has been completed. Refunds are usually finalized within 2 working days after receiving the returned parcel.
Please note that any returned products failing to meet the above conditions may be rejected and sent back to the customer. We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges for items showing signs of wear, misuse, alterations, or damage.
